K-pop soloist WONHO will be releasing his first full-length album Syndrome this Friday, October 31. This marks WONHO's first longer project since completing his military service last year and touring in Latin America this past summer. The new album will be composed of 10 tracks, including 2 pre-release tracks, "Better Than Me," and "Good Liar."

Signed to Highline Entertainment and Interwine Records, WONHO began his solo career in 2020 with his album Love Synonym #1: Right for Me and the hit title track "Open Mind." Since then, WONHO has released several EPs and singles, gaining an international audience with his rich vocals, stunning performances, and encompassing sound. His musical direction has steadily revolved around the theme of love, relationships, and identity, and this new album is no different.

WONHO's latest release "Good Liar" is an all-English language track with a nostalgic pop sound. Showing off his vocal range with crooning high notes, WONHO sings about the freedom one can find from letting go of a toxic lover. Mixed with pain, there's also a sense of agency. Released on October 3rd, "Good Liar" teases fans with an impressive album to come.
WONHO's other pre-release track, "Better Than Me" which was released on June 27th, took on the Y2K pop sound, reminiscent of *NSYNC. It's a pleasant surprise as WONHO explores other styles within the pop genre.
WONHO is credited for Syndrome’s lyrics, composition, and arrangements on several songs, including the title track "if you wanna." Check out the released track list below:
