A strong interest in music of multiple genres and music journalism.

Ideally people with prior writing and editing experience are preferred—but please feel free to shoot your shot if you feel you have the drive and skills :)

The ability to contribute at least ONE article per month.

A strong interest in music of all genres and music journalism.

Comfortable being on camera and interviewing others (able to attend events)

Able to produce/create a minimum of TWO videos per month

Can edit their own videos (or is willing to learn when needed)

Access to basic filming equipment (Phone for recording, etc.) ~ REQUIRED

Available on an as-needed basis to support UGC creators and content projects

Edits short-form video content for social media

Experience with simple motion graphics (text, transitions, basic effects) is a plus

Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and/or CapCut ~ REQUIRED

Designs engaging, eye-catching graphics tailored for social media platforms

Turns both personal creative ideas and provided concepts into polished visuals

Creates interactive content that encourages engagement and brand consistency

Able to adapt designs for different formats (posts, stories, reels, etc.)

Experience using Canva is a plus to help keep certain designs accessible across the team
