After celebrating its 10th anniversary in Los Angeles last year, the Head In The Clouds Music & Arts Festival returns this August 8 with a new lineup of artists. This year’s event takes place at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Big names like XG and KATSEYE headline the one-day-only festival.

The 2026 lineup includes two-time GRAMMY-nominated girl group KATSEYE, who just released their new single “PINKY UP” on April 9. They are also set to make their Coachella debut on April 10 and 17. Joining them is the global Japanese group XG, who is currently touring Japan following the release of their first full-length album, THE CORE - 核

Bringing a strong hip-hop and R&B presence, the festival also features 88rising household name Rich Brian, who released his third album, WHERE IS MY HEAD?, last August. South Korean rapper Dabin.kr (DABIN), formerly known as DPR LIVE, will perform in the U.S. for the first time under his new name. Other hip-hop and R&B acts include 88rising’s own Indonesian rapper Warren Hue, with his latest single “I <3 RAP,” and Black-Japanese alt-R&B, neo-soul, and folk singer UMI, who is currently on tour for her 2025 album people stories.

Several rising 5th-generation K-pop stars will also take the stage. Rookie girl group KiiiKiii opened 2026 with their 2nd EP, Delulu Pack. Known for their “weirdcore” aesthetic and Y2K concepts, they have seen fast-paced success since their debut. They are joined by the record-breaking rookies LNGSHOT, the first self-produced boy group formed by Jay Park under MORE VISION. Members OHYUL, RYUL, WOOJIN, and LOUIS debuted in January 2026 with SHOT CALLERS and became the fastest 5th-generation boy group to hit 1 million Spotify streams in a debut week.

The diverse roster continues with no na, a four-member Indonesian girl group formed by 88rising during the 2022 Head in the Clouds festival in Jakarta. Their name comes from the Indonesian word for “young lady.” You can also catch Chinese-American indie artist Tiffany Day and Hong Kong DJ and producer Gia Fu, who specializes in Afro-Latin salsa music. In addition to the performances, attendees can look forward to a curated selection of Asian food vendors from across the diaspora, with the full food lineup to be revealed in the coming weeks.

Often called the “Asian Coachella,” Head In The Clouds has expanded globally to Jakarta, Manila, China, and New York. Last year’s 10th anniversary event in LA saw G-DRAGON and 2NE1 headline for over 75,000 fans. Many of this year’s acts, including LNGSHOT and KiiiKiii, also performed at the inaugural Japanese edition in Tokyo this past March.

The festival is a partnership between 88rising, the pioneering global music and media company representing Asian and Asian American talent, and Goldenvoice, the creators of Coachella and Stagecoach.
