Fresh off his first-ever GRAMMY nomination, DESTIN CONRAD stopped by Santa Ana to keep the celebration going, performing for a packed crowd on his Love on Digital tour. The night was filled with smooth R&B, soulful vocals, and the kind of energy that reminded fans exactly why Destin continues to be one of the genre’s most exciting new voices.

DESTIN CONRAD, a rising force in the R&B scene, first caught public attention through social media before transitioning into music with his debut project, COLORWAY. His signature blend of sultry tones and introspective songwriting quickly gained traction, earning him a devoted fanbase and collaborations with artists like Kehlani and Ambré. Known for his ability to make vulnerability feel effortless, Destin’s artistry bridges emotional storytelling with modern R&B production, a combination that’s earned him critical acclaim and now, his first GRAMMY nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album.

Opening the night was singer-songwriter Mack Keane, who not only performed his own set but also joined Destin later on keys. This being his first-ever tour, Mack set the tone perfectly with a mix of soulful tracks like “Open Up,” “Candycrush,” and “Sophia.” His smooth vocals and undeniable charisma immediately drew the audience in, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. You could tell how grateful he was for the opportunity, and the crowd returned that same energy right back.

Soon after, Destin took the stage, greeted by loud cheers as he kicked off his set performing songs like “Mr. E,” “BAD BITCHES,” and “JUMPIN’.” The energy inside the room skyrocketed as fans sang along to every word. He paused for a moment to thank everyone for coming out, sharing how good it felt to be back in Santa Ana. Reflecting on his last visit during his previous tour, Destin said he was blown away by how much Orange County showed up for him, a sentiment that drew even louder cheers this time around.

Midway through the night, Destin proudly mentioned his GRAMMY nomination, which sent the crowd into a roar of excitement. Riding that high, he seamlessly transitioned into fan favorites like “P.B.S.,” “DELUSIONAL,” “LOW TIDE,” and “NOBODY KNOWS.” Every track felt like a shared moment between the artist and audience, the kind of connection that defines Destin’s shows. As the tempo began to slow, Destin paid homage to R&B legend D’Angelo with a soulful cover of “Brown Sugar.” The crowd swayed and sang along, lost in the moment. He followed up with songs like “O.M.L.” alongside Mack Keane, “wASH U AWAY,” “DAYDREAM,” and “ON 10,” each one pulling the audience deeper into the night’s dreamy atmosphere.

The chemistry between Destin and his fans was undeniable, everyone vibing together and feeding off the warmth and rhythm of each song. To close out the main set, he performed “IT’S YOURS,” “SO NICE,” and his iconic hit, “IN THE AIR,” leaving the room buzzing with energy.

But the night wasn’t over just yet. As Destin walked off stage, fans erupted into chants for one more song. Moments later, he returned to perform his fan-favorite, “KISSING IN PUBLIC,” ending the night on a high note that had everyone singing until the last chord faded.

As Destin continues to celebrate his first GRAMMY nomination, it’s clear that this is only the beginning. With his talent, charm, and authenticity, the R&B star is just getting started, and fans can’t wait to see where the music takes him next.
